Great Family-Friendly Facilities

PrideInn truly understands what families need for a perfect vacation. The children's amenities, especially the swimming pool and water park, were safe, fun, and totally engaging for my kids. My stay at PrideInn Diani was truly wonderful! The customer service was exceptional, with a team that was always ready to help. The food was a highlight, especially the seafood platter that I can’t stop thinking about. The location was perfect—close to the beach and shopping areas. The only downside was that the room didn’t have a balcony as expected, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I had a truly memorable experience at Pride Inn Express. The staff was incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was delightful, especially the home-cooked meals, which I absolutely loved! However, during my most recent visit, I noticed that the dining options were not as varied, and there were some minor issues with cleanliness that detracted from my stay. Overall, it remains a great place to recommend, but I hope they can get back to their previous standards.
